Prequel to Mama

whoever watched Mama knows that, the horror movie was in a different angle. Unlike the others for once it had an ending which is both bad and good.

Mama is a story about two kids who were raised by an entity in the woods finally adapts to human nature.
It is a must-watch for anyone, it describes a mother's love which is not always confined to the biological mother.

With Mama's success Jame Wan the director of Mama was asked if he would make a prequel, and he has told the press that he hopes to make as prequel instead of a sequel. James Wan directed some of the scariest movies on earth like The Insidious and The Conjuring.

So it kinda sound like you step into the cursed house, gets cursed and then dies by the hands of a freaky female ghost right? not quite. The grudge ghost Kayako was actually an innocent little girl when her mother performed a sick japanese ritual that takes the spirit out of a person's body and then feds it to Kayako. So when she died she was still bound by that ritual.

That's why Kayako's twin sister Naoko helps the now cursed victims by performing a japanese exorcism.

This ritual however, is not an original one and could be fiction. However it is said that Japanese priests have extraordinary powers. But feeding exorcised ghosts to your own daughter is sick!

Horror game of the week : Outlast

You are a journalist and you are hired to do an investigation of a mental asylum. You encounter violent patients, occult rituals and by far you have to survive by running for your life. This game is the number 5 on game spot. And follows the same style of gaming as in Amnesia and Slender.

Outlast is played from a first-person perspective. The main character, Miles Upshur, is incapable of combat, except for certain scripted sequences in which he pushes enemies away. To navigate the environment, the character is able to climb to ledges, vault over low obstacles, crawl, and slide in narrow gaps. Except for vaulting, enemies are incapable of any of these maneuvers, which gives the player a certain edge. In addition, the player can survive encounters with the inmates by hiding inside of lockers or under beds, although certain enemies may search the room and attempt to locate the player for a short time before moving on.

Since much of the asylum is dark, the player must use Miles' video camera to see, thanks to its night vision function. Using night vision consumes batteries, for which replacements are scattered across the environment.

When injured, Upshur must avoid taking any further damage for a while, which will allow him to recover

Ghost Adventures: The Exorcist House.

. The movie exorcist is actually based on a true story where a young boy after doing an Ouja board session with his aunt, claimed a possession that changed history. Occasionally the he was moved to a hospital in St.Louis where the priest was able to finally drive away the demon However it took months for this exorcism.

In the mornings, the boy would be alright, chatting with the nurses and playing with other children. But when the exorcism began he turned violent. Words began to appear on his body like magic. The bed began to shake and he broke the nose of a priest.

The archbishop granted the Father Bowdern to perform this exorcism with the requirement of keeping a diary. Sadly this diary does not have any access to the public, there is also evidence that recordings were done during the session. But they are also banned for the public.

Father Bowdern concluded a chilling statement at this event : "the only thing I can tell you is that the case I was involved in was the real thing. I had no doubt about it then, and have no doubt about it now."

Turning the matters, the GA crew investigated the house and captured chilling evidence. With the spirit box the word "Diablo, Devil" began to appear. Equipment malfunction, unexplained loud bangs and manifestations.

Many of us don't know but there was a documentary made for the true possession of Roland Doe. However i don't recall the name of it. :(

One thing;s for sure, this case solely tells us not to mess with Ouja boards.
